How FLORIDA’s FAMOUS ANIMALS originated.
On Florida’s lower west coast in Bradenton in 1966 my family & I met a manatee.
Today this same manatee is still living in Bradenton. He is known as Snooty.
I never forgot his story.
And his story, from baby reportedly born in captivity to his work in educating schoolchildren & helping visiting sick & injured [...]
